Cecelia Ann Manson, 78, of Gills Rock, passed away on February 13, 2026, with family at her side.
She was born July 31, 1947, in Neenah, WI, the daughter of the late John and Leola (Rohloff) Larson. Celia attended Neenah High school and graduated with the class of 1965.
On January 15, 1970, she married David Manson. Celia and David lived in Gills Rock.

Celia will be missed by her sons, Lee (Crystal) Manson, of Egg Harbor, and J (Cher) Manson, of Avoca, WI; as well as her grandchildren, Cynthia (Vince), Atlee, Kaden, Kaylee, Keegan, Chase, and Eyan.
She was preceded in death by her husband David, her parents, stepmother and siblings.
Celia's life will be honored with a Memorial Service held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Shepherd of the Bay, 11836 Hwy 42, Ellison Bay, with Pastor James Honig officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at the church. She will be laid to rest in Little Sister Cemetery in Sister Bay at a later date.
